After 26 years of working in higher education I had the opportunity to undertake further training and study and fulfill my dreams of helping others to enjoy happier healthier lives.
And so 3steps4ward was born.
I am here to work with you to develop a program to help you to reach your goals, as well as supporting you to becoming happier, healthier, stronger and more body confident.
I can do this using a combination of Pilates and massage therapies,let's find the reboot button.
