Having looked at many different Pilates classes and teachers I chose to go to Gail . This is because Gail is so approachable and positive in her attitude , she is warm , patient and friendly by nature . Gail is also extremely knowledgeable , realistic , supportive and encouraging .

I have not needed any pain relief since my 4th class with Gail . I go every week and would hate to miss a class . If possible I would go 2 or 3 times a week .

Gail is a brilliant and gifted teacher . Gail is kind , understanding and tailors every class accordingly . Each week is different and I always feel good afterwards  .

"I started Pilates becasue my back was injured after I'd overindulged in serious exercise over a year.  A chiropractor had helped, but I was casting around for something that would help reeducate me and my body in the longer term.


I'd tried Pilates a few years ago and hadn't really connected with the teacher.  Then I tried Gail at 3steps4ward.  It would be too simplistic to say I want to rush around shouting 'it's a miracle' but it does feel like it. back isn't painful and Gail talks through each Pilates, which she has programmed for me and my particular objectives.   the reward would be so quick, but it's 5 weeks in and frankly I feel fantastic.  I'm now toltally sold on Gail's method of teaching Pilates.
