Choose Your Sessions
We will then offer you the choice of small group sessions, daily in Cirencester (no more than 4 per class) or one to one sessions at your home or at the studio.

All Pilates programs will consist of 10 sessions designed to support results, progression, and confidence building. This will lead to improvement of core strength, suppleness and stamina. Each session will be individually designed to meet the needs of the client and you will be taken through a gentle warm up, mat, ball and ring Pilates followed by guided relaxation.
