We will design a personalised program to support you on your journey.

Choose Your Sessions

We will then offer you the choice of small group sessions, daily in Cirencester (no more than 4 per class) or one to one sessions at your home or at the studio.

All Pilates programs will consist of 10 sessions designed to support results, progression, and confidence building.  This will lead to improvement of core strength, suppleness and stamina. Each session will be individually designed to meet the needs of the client and you will be taken through a gentle warm up, mat, ball and ring Pilates followed by guided relaxation.

My Pilates Style Body Re-Conditioning helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of levels from beginner to advanced. My group sessions make you feel good and fits with every healthy lifestyle.

Pilates reconditioning  is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Pilates sessions at 3steps4ward work to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
